Asked the casino why it did not work for some people. They say that almost everyone gets the free 40. Only does players who redeemed too much (they couldn't explain how much) can't redeem this coupon.
It worked fine for me. And i redeemed the ussual free chips seen around here.

I played the bonus there, worked for me, but when I wanted to cash out I got this in an e-mail from Club Player:

I agree with you that players should ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS read all of the terms and conditions at each casino that they choose to play at. I hate to read about players hitting a nice payout (or a progressive even) only to later find out that a free chip or bonus they were playing with had a maximum cashout of say $50. Cry1 So much confusion and upset could be avoided if players took a few moments to simply familiarize themselves with the terms of each casino.

You will find that the vast majority of casinos require some type of faxback form/ID when requesting a cashout. Some RTG casinos will not require this information if you deposit via NETeller and your withdrawal request is less than $500.
