Can sameone help
Don't know if I put this in the right thread, but I just withdrew 350.00 dollars from plaenty jackpots casino, and was wondering if anyone knows if they do pay!!!! They don't pick up the phones and live chat is never on!!!!
Any help would ne kindly appreciated! cvita

Have you deposited there or were you just playing off one of the free chips? If only on a free chip then there will be no withdrawal. I did exactly the same at Mighty and they never replied and also you need to read terms and conditions of free chip.
If you did deposit, thats a different story.

Maybe...
If you have faxed in all your credit and personal information to them on their confirmation form, and have completed the playthrough for that particular coupon, you should be able to collect. If not, send an e-mail to their customer service department and let them know you will report your experience to the Gaming Commission.

Sounds great missy but if you look in the Rtg section of this forum you will see other posts that these 5 casinos do not even answer an email or chat message. I have never deposited but some did and still never got an answer. I thought maybe I'd put in a small deposit to see if they'd respond but then decided b.s. they should respond to players whether they deposit or not. I tried to withdraw 350 from Mighty a couple months ago. It said the money was withdrawable and processed it out like any other. Except that it sat there and sat there and I couldn't get any kind of response at all. Finally after several days, I reversed it and played it out at which point they gave me 40 in comps which I thought was strange also. How can you get comp points on a free chip if you haven't finished the playthrough? Strange. I wish them luck though.

Problematic Casino
Yes, I've noticed the messages, and have even tried to contact their customer service myself with no luck. I would hope and expect Gamtrak Forum to investigate this issue and blacklist them if they so find. I suppose until anyone can come up with any concrete answer regarding the legitimacy of the site and its affilitates, I would not recomment depositing money in their casinos. In the meantime, I'm going to play on the $10.00 free bonus just for the fun of it.

cvita i deposited once with this group about a month ago and i have no idea why i did as i should no better being an affiliate with most casino groups but i ran into the same problem. no one answers the phone and no replies to emails and forget about dead support lol.

I am so sorry cvita, it blows to get this the hard way. Plenty, and the other casinos in their group are notoious for never paying. I used to gamble with one of their casinos when I first started gambling on line. One day I hit a royal and won $5,000. Talk about excited! After a couple of months trying, I finally reached some bloke on the phone. He was rude, crude and socially unacceptable, In those days, and perhaps today as well, they offered bonuses on deposit as well as free chips. Almost any casino that offers you a #900% deposit is on the prowel for some poor unsuspecting new gamblers that have yet to hear about their very bad reputations. The gentleman (NOT~~)that I dealt with was soooooo far bad. I told him I hit a royal and I was wondering what was required of me so that I could collect my prize.
